This "innovation lab" showcases Cisco connectivity technology in a retail setting, providing real-time inventory visibility and customer heat-mapping to the store team. RFID tags help track and advise customers on purchases and also speed checkout by integrating with wireless payment technology. The Connected Cisco Store is one of the first of its kind, a true Silicon Valley retail experience.
